One Year Warranty
PeopLoungers’ one (1) year limited warranty covers the repair or replacement of patented parts of the reclining mechanism against manufacturing and materials defects of the product by the original consumer when used in a normal manner so long as the patented parts are available. PeopLoungers’ obligation, under this warranty, is limited to repairing or replacing, at PeopLoungers option, any part or parts of the reclining mechanism found to be defective in material or workmanship upon examination by the manufacturer or representative.
The wood frame parts, sleeper mechanism and sleeper mattress, spring and spring systems, and foam seat cores are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under our one (1) year limited warranty. Only the actual loss of foam resiliency is covered by the warranty. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with normal softening that will occur in all foam as a result of use and aging. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part.
Electric motors, wiring, storage tables, drop down tables, massage units, and all other miscellaneous components have a one (1) year limited warranty against defective material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective parts.
Labor
PeopLoungers will pay the cost customary and reasonable labor charges for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase for the purpose of repair or replacing warranty parts. All warranty service should be performed by an authorized PeopLoungers service representative.
Fabric Warranty
All upholstery fabrics used on your furniture has a limited warranty for one (1) year from the original date of purchase against wear under conditions of normal use and care. However, this fabric warranty does not cover shrinkage, piling, or fading or where there is evidence of heavy soiling. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.
Warranty Limitations
Some limitations do apply. PeopLoungers products are designed for residential use only. Products used as rental property, commercial, institutions, non-residential, or any other excessive application voids this warranty. Also, this warranty does not cover pick-up, inspection, packing or freight charges.
Liability for incidental or consequential damages under any and all warranties is excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incedental or consequestial damages, so the above limitaion or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
